Newton Method retains all intellectual property rights to its Apps.
3. Payment & Billing
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
By completing a purchase, you agree to:

Authorize the charged amount
Accept that all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
Newton Method does not store or have access to your full credit card details.
4. Access Delivery
Upon purchase, you will receive:
A link to access your App
Instructions for logging in
An onboarding document or guide
Your access is tied to the email address used during checkout.
Newton Method is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newton Method is not liable for:
Loss of data
Business interruption
Financial loss due to misuse of the app
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
User errors or unauthorized access
All Apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind unless explicitly stated.
11. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
In general, due to the nature of digital access, all sales are final unless:
The app is completely inaccessible, and
We are unable to resolve the issue
